These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Fashion Week and Plutopal (the "Services"), operated by Plutopal Cloud Services Corporation ("we", "us"). By using our Services you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 need parental consent to make purchases. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
You may not:
You retain ownership of content you upload (product listings, images, posts, comments). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within our Services and in marketing about the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless noted. Payment is processed by Stripe. All sales are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
For designer/seller products, the seller is the merchant of record. We facilitate the transaction and take a platform commission. Sellers ship products directly.
Returns: Return policies are set by individual sellers and shown on each product listing. Unless otherwise stated, sellers accept returns for defects or misrepresentation within 14 days of delivery.
If you sell products through our Services:
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during registration or checkout, you agree to receive text messages from AI Fashion Week (+1-833-603-2433) about events, orders, and account activity. Message frequency varies (typically 1-5 messages per event or per order). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. The AIFW and Plutopal names, logos, wordmarks, and platform designs are our property. You may not use them without permission. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Plutopal Cloud Services Corporation, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or $100 if you paid nothing).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time via the Settings page. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
