The Plutopal SMS program is operated by Plutopal Cloud Services Corporation and sends messages from +1-833-603-2433.
If you opt in, Plutopal sends recurring marketing and promotional text messages — new arrivals and drops, designer alerts, offers, and event updates. SMS is entirely optional and is never a condition of any purchase.
You only receive SMS if you explicitly opt in by checking the optional consent box on our SMS sign-up page and providing your mobile number. The box is unchecked by default and is never required.
Message frequency varies. You control it — the more you engage, the more you may hear from us.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier. Plutopal does not charge for SMS.
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time — you'll be unsubscribed and receive a confirmation. Reply HELP for help, or email support@plutopal.ai. You can re-subscribe any time on the sign-up page.
Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network. Plutopal and its carriers (Twilio) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We handle your phone number per our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with Twilio, our SMS provider, solely to deliver the messages you consented to.
When you opt in, we record the date, time, IP address, and the exact consent language you agreed to, for compliance purposes.
